Purple Socks.....Oops!

One of Charise's favorite books right now is Sandra Boynton's Blue Hat, Green Hat.  In this book the animals are all putting on different colored clothing items, one at a time. However, the turkey always gets it wrong.  His hat is under his feet, his shirt is on his hips, his pants are over his head, and so on.  On one page he gets his socks wrong; they are on his hands.  Charise loves to help read this book by saying the "oops" part.  This morning she started putting my socks on her hands and I said "oops!"  So, this turned into a fun game of Socks on Hands for her and Brenna. They both had socks on their hands and were saying "oops" over and over again. I love these pictures because you can really see the sweet relationship they are developing. These are the moments I will enjoy sharing with them in years to come!
